I noticed a leak in our hot water heater around noon. When we got home in the evening, it was still leaking. Realizing we needed it to be fixed asap, we called a few different places. I figured Goettl would be expensive but I just needed it fixed. Agent said he would be out in a hour or so. Jaren showed up in 30 minutes. He took the time to show me how to shut off the water and what it could possibly be. In an hour he had it taken care of. The price was fair and the customer service excellent. I highly recommend Goettl for all your Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. I needed a sewer line replaced because the home that my wife and I live in is an older house built around early to mid 80's and many of the fixtures need a replacment. I called Goettl and on the same day they advised me what it would take to fix the problem. What I like about Goettle generally and Ryan specifically, is that they are very transparent about what they were going to do and what to expect while the crew was replacing the line. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time and outcome of the project.

Jeff was amazing. We just moved into our 35 year old home and our sink backed up. Jeff was very polite and professional. Care for our home with booties on his shoes and towels laid down to prevent messes. He put a snake and camera down our pipes and found that there was a massive grease blockage. Showed me the camera and explained what I was looking at. Took his time and made sure I understood. Jef came to our house to diagnose why our 22 year-old furnace wouldn't run correctly. He was very courteous and willing to answer my questions with as much detail as I wanted. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

Nicholas Mayhew came to our home to repair/replace the garbage disposal, unclog a kitchen sink and replace a bathtub spigot. He was assisted by Caleb. Nick gave three price quotes and options on what to repair before any work was started. He and Caleb repaired all in a matter of a little more than two hours, including a parts run. We have had Goettl of Tucson service for about a year and thank goodness we had them to call when our AC failed and had a condensation leak in the attic . Goettl sent ROBERT out right away. He did a thorough inspection and informed us of what we already felt we needed to do with our old system. He sat down with me and went through the pros and cons of repairing the old vs replacement. He explained everything about a new Goettl system. From all the benefits, to the great warranties to the peace of mind we’d have not having to worry what would and could happen next to the old system. He was friendly, thoughtful and professional. He put in a call to TYLER in sales & finance to reach out to us. He did and went through all the models of systems Goettl has to offer and all info we needed to make a decision and give him a call back. Robert gave us positive points to know we wanted a new system and Tyler gave us option on how. Thanks guys! Bobby Smith is great at explaining the options I have with my AC and Heater. He also let me know about the maintenance plan which is going to be great for me so I can always keep up to date with the AC and the heater. Also I didn't know that you did plumbing and he said I could get plumbing work done too so I am going to do that right away. I liked the photos that were taken to explain the situation on where I am at with the unit. All in all it was the best technician experience I have had since becoming a home owner in 2010. I would highly recommend Geottl and Bobby to anyone because of getting things right the first time, going out of his way to help, following up and keeping promises, and great product and technical knowledge. I'm not super informed on my home machines so it is comforting to be in good hands.
