He was patient, he listened to the issues and he immediately pinpointed the issue and provided a quick and necessary repair. He set expectations and provided detailed information about Goettl's duct cleaning service. Not only did Aaron help our family in hot times with the repairs, they completed the work knowing our budget and the age of our AC systems.

I noticed a leak in our hot water heater around noon. When we got home in the evening, it was still leaking. Realizing we needed it to be fixed asap, we called a few different places. I figured Goettl would be expensive but I just needed it fixed. Agent said he would be out in a hour or so. Jaren showed up in 30 minutes. He took the time to show me how to shut off the water and what it could possibly be. In an hour he had it taken care of. The price was fair and the customer service excellent. Jaren with Goettl saved the day!

I highly recommend Goettl for all your Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. I needed a sewer line replaced because the home that my wife and I live in is an older house built around early to mid 80's and many of the fixtures need a replacment. I called Goettl and on the same day they advised me what it would take to fix the problem. What I like about Goettle generally and Ryan specifically, is that they are very transparent about what they were going to do and what to expect while the crew was replacing the line. There was never any ambiguity about the cost, time and outcome of the project.

I woke up this morning to find out that there was no hot water in my home. It was a freezing 28° with gusty winds outside. I immediately contacted Goettl plumbing. Jeff was amazing. We just moved into our 35 year old home and our sink backed up. Jeff was very polite and professional. Care for our home with booties on his shoes and towels laid down to prevent messes. He put a snake and camera down our pipes and found that there was a massive grease blockage. Showed me the camera and explained what I was looking at. Took his time and made sure I understood. We are scheduled to get a jetting service done to clear our clogged pipes from the previous owner tomorrow (on a Sunday!) Highly recommend gottel. Great technicians and outstanding service.

Just had plumbers come out for my maintenance check and Darean was on top of it, explained it all in detail and found and issue that could have gone wrong any-day now, water heater had some issues and he repaired it, got me going in no time. Was very pleased with Goettl and Matthew Lopez. They came into our home and looked at our system and let us know what was wrong with it. They were not pushy or demanding, but opposite they were caring. We had several techs come to our house to fix our issues but they did not fix it. Matthew showed his frustration because they did not fix our issues. Matthew explained what needed to be done to make our unit run more efficient. We thank him for his expertise. Will use them again.

The service we received was done in a professional manner. First, Ryan explained the cost in a detailed manner prior to repairs being done. Secondly, he addressed the cost increase due to a broken part that was not visible until removal of the toilet. All the work was done a professional manner and we were updated on the progress of work being done. The gentleman that arrived for the assessment and repair of my AC (Mr. Jorge Gutierrez) was outstanding. His Customer Service was top notch, beyond just being friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and before conducting any tests, he would explain what is ideal and what are the limits regarding what he was looking at. Beyond my initial call, I had some follow up questions which he was more than happy to answer and explain. Upon further review, there were some additional issues found (not the “go in for oil change, now you need a new transmission” type of issue), but which helped to clarify the situation and for which he provided several suggestions on how we could move forward. I am an extremely cheap person but my family’s health and well being is first and foremost. And when you’ve got two girls and a wife who absolutely hate the heat (and here in Texas we get plenty of that), their happiness is my happiness (in more ways than one). So with Mr. Gutierrez’ explanations and suggestions in front of me, I made a decision which despite the cost, I feel comfortable and satisfied with. I’ve got his Contact info as well as his Supervisor (Carlos), so if anything comes up in the future or if there’s additional projects I’d like to have done in my home, I’ll definitely be requesting him personally.

I was scared and totally unprepared for this fast escalating water leak. It was terrifying. Ryan and Kaelen came and patiently and thoroughly explained what was happening. What was the procedure to locate the issue, what they would need to do to assess and repair the issue and as they exposed the problem they showed me what was happening each time I came out. They educated me fully so I will be able to handle any future issues confidently. They confirmed the leak was resolved and showed me how to use the new turn off if needed in the future. They were fast and completely removed all signs of the repair. I am so grateful to have 2 young men of such professional expertise show up and will not hesitate to continue using Goettl.

Jorge was scheduled to look at our HVAC, he showed up earlier than expected. Jorge kept me informed of everything he was doing and what he was thinking about our issue with our unit. We have been looking for a company that is going to be there when we need them and is willing to use the warranty on our system. I had a leak previously repaired by a different company that was still leaking, so I decided to call Goettl, to get a pro to repair it. I was seriously impressed, the leak was repaired and it looks and works perfectly. Rudy came by on a Friday and dug up the pipes, identified where it was leaking and came back Saturday morning to repair it. The repair was truly a work of art. I visited the Goettl website and chatted with Zayne, who was extremely helpful. He was able to schedule a same-day service call to help with our issue. Peter M. arrived within the hour and quickly diagnosed an issue with our AC. He explained the problems in great detail and was extremely professional and polite. Because we still had an issue with a leak that was not coming from the AC, Peter was able to get another member of the Goettl team to come out and help diagnose that issue! We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Goettl as a whole was very easy to work with and I was able to book an appointment as early as the day following my phone call. Great service from start to finish!
